Tanzanian Elephant Family

A family of African elephants cools in a steam before the harsh Tanzanian sun reaches midday zenith. The huge ears provide some cooling as well as the red clay on their backs. A trio of great white egrets flees to safer quarters beyond the umbrella thorn acacia trees.
